Boil water when it starts to boil at the pasta with salt and a few drops of oil in medium flame make sure Stir in between when it took and becomes of then switch off set aside. Now take big vessel add butter,maida then cook for a minute.then add milk in three batches and whisk two three times continue to whisk till a thick paste is formed then add,cream,pepper powder red chilli flakes, oregano salt then mix well.

Now add pasta,all sauces mix well serve hot.
