Ingredients

  1. 200 CPreheat over to
  2. 350 gBrown flour
  3. 100 gWhite flour
  4. 80 gOats
  5. 20 gBran
  6. 50 gWheat germ
  7. 2Eggs x
  8. 20 ozLeban
  9. 2 tspSugar
  10. 2 tspSalt
  11. 2 tspBaking soda

Cooking Instructions

    Put all all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well

    Seperatley mix eggs and leban together and add to dry mix

  3. 3

    Flour a surface. Divide mixture into 4. Make round circles, careful to use hands gentley and not too rough. Use back side of knife to make cross on each km top.

    Sprinkle flour on baking tray and place all 4 on it. Cook for 25 mins or until brown. Turn tray every 10 mins. Remove, put on cooling rack
