Mutton tahari
It’s a similar version of biryani !!!
Steps

First soak the rice for about an hour add salt and solid Garam masala in it keep aside on the other hand boil mutton with salt and ginger garlic paste until soft

Next take the cookware dish in which we will prepare tahari keep it on stove add oil 4-5 tablespoons

Add chopped onions fry till golden brown then add chopped tomatoes add little water then add all dry spices

Let the tomatoes get softer then add carrots chopped & add curd which just be of room temperature so that it won’t curdle

Now fry until the raw smell is gone from curd then while the oil separates from it

Add water 2 1/2 glass or according to the rice quantity let it boil

Then add coriander leaves and lemon juice and Garam masala, kasuri methi everything from spices we took in ingredients & boiled mutton too

When the water boils well add the soaked rice & taste spices

Then simmer it for about 10 minutes on low flame covered with lid

Then off the flame let it cool down for 10-15 minutes then serve hot with curd raita or tomato chutney & salad.
