Steps

Take leftover sabzi in a bowl and mash it with the help of a ladle. Mix Chana flour in it. Add little water and mix everything.

Mix gently and add grated carrot, chopped onion and green chillies in it. Add pepper powder, cumin powder, little red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.

Take poha and wash it well. Strain and keep aside for 5 minutes. Add strained poha in the mixture. Mix well.

Take oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds. Roast peanuts and sesame seeds. Add this tempering in the mixture

Grease appam pan and put batter in the cavities.Cover and cook. Flip to the other side.

Serve hot. Take care of spices according to leftover sabzi.
