Chop all ingredients to similar cut/size

Heat oil in pan. Start with sauteing onions til brown then adding sliced sausage first before adding the capsicums. In my case, the sausages were grilled before hence why I put in the vegetables first

Add coarse black pepper and salt to taste

Serve! If you don't have capsicums, its fine use normal chili instead. Using other kinds of vegetables is also great. Same recipe can be used for other proteins including chicken and beef. #WhatYouHave OK <3
