Prepare the ingredients and set aside

In a wok, heat oil over high heat and saute the onions, garlic, ginger and chili padi. Add the cubed potato

Once potatoes are slightly brown, add ketchup, garam masala, turmeric powder, chili powder and 2 cups of water. Let simmer for 30 minutes until gravy becomes thick from the potato starch. If you like more gravy, you can add more water

Season with salt & black pepper. Then serve!

The original recipe used real tomatoes and few other spices. Since I didn't have those, I used ketchup instead and put all my faith into garam masala to do wonders HAHAH <3 #WhatYouHave OK still good
