Oil free Namkeen/Savoury which is liked by everyone and specially methi lovers, who skip oil.
In a bowl take atta add all ingredients one by one.
Mix all ingredients well, make tight dough with little bit water.
Let it rest for 10 to 15 mins.
Make balls of it and roll it. - 2
Cut it with a cookie cutter or give your desired shape.
Bake on a preheated convection mode on 180° c up to 10 to 12 mins. Till little brown or change the colour.
After 5 mins turn puris for both side colour and keep 5 min in microwave.
After it cools down take it out. You can store it in a container and can also store it for a week.
