Ingredients

  1. 2whole tomato
  2. burrata
  3. Olive oil
  4. salt
  5. leafpesto or fresh basil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil kettle. And prepare the hot water.

  2. 2

    Put tomato into a bowl and pour hot water over tomato 10-15 seconds each.

  3. 3

    Dump tomatoes into icy cold water for minimum 30seconds.

  4. 4

    Cut tomatoes and peel off the skin.

  5. 5

    Put tomatoes into a bowl and sprinkle olive oil, salt and pest if you are using pesto.

  6. 6

    Place tomatoes on to a plate. And put burrata on top.

  7. 7

    Sprinkle olive oil and salt. If you are using fresh basil leaf place them.

  8. 8

    Et voila! Bon appetite.
