Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupblack eyed beans (sprouted)
  • 1 spoonsalt
  • 1/2 spoonoil
  • 1/2 spoonmustard
  • leavesFew curry
  • 1green chilli chopped (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak black eyed beans for atleast 3 hours and boil the beans in cooker upto 3 whistle.

    Strain the water and do tempering with oil, mustard, curry leaves and 1 green chilli. Serve hot

    Note: Do not reduce the soaking time. Add less water for boiling the beans.
