Ingredients

  • 1 bowlsuji
  • 1/2 bowlsugar
  • As neededghee
  • 1 bowlwater
  • As neededcrushed dry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat the ghee. Add semolina to it then roast it and stir continuously till it turns brown. Now add water and cook it for 3 mins.

  2. 2

    Now add sugar and mix it and turn off the flame.
