Delicious

This dish was my creation born in the fridge - I had leftover white rice and mixed veggies. I browned some ground beef and mixed it all together. It turned out so good, I made it from scratch!

While shopping for ingredients for tonight's planned dinner of beef and broccoli, my wife made the highly unusual request that I not make it Asian-style. Pardon me?! How does that work? Instead of going nuts trying to figure it out, I chose to keep my sanity and went another direction. Bye-bye went the broccoli and soy-based sauce, and in went the cauliflower and rosemary-infused parmesan cream. The challenge was met, and pretty tastily so.

A healthy alternative with a great kick.

My dad cooks the best one lol. I have this cauliflower sitting inside my fridge from two weeks ago and it’s time to cook it !!! It’s really simple and taste really good!!! I prefer to cooking with a homemade béchamel sauce but I don’t have the ingredients for and I’m using Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce, this días goes really good with white rice !!! Enjoy

I used purple cauliflower because it was available, but this recipe works perfectly for regular white cauliflower, too.

I used orange cauliflower. After roasting, it becomes a beautiful golden color. :)

I actually wanted to make curry cauliflower but I didn’t have the ingredients. Instead, I came up with this concoction.
