2 cupschickpea flour (besan)
1/4 spooncarom seeds
1/3 spoonlemon juice
1/3 spoonturmeric powder
1/2 spoonred chilli powder
Pinchsoda
as per tasteSalt a
as requiredOil for frying

Mix all ingredients and make a medium thick batter. Then heat oil. Do not overcrowd the pan.
2

With the help of fingers drop the batter in hot oil. do not overcrowd the pan just add few at a time. Fry the pakora on medium flame until golden and crisp.
