Potatoes
Onions
Salt
Pepper
Egg
Tomato sauce or curry sauce (optional)

Steps

Parboil potatoes, mash. Stir fry onions. Mix with mashed potatoes, add salt and pepper. Form potato balls and press lightly into nuggets. Refrigerate for 45minutes.

Dip nuggets in egg and fry till golden brown and crispy. Cool and serve with tomato sauce or curry sauce.
