Steps

In a pan 2 tsp of ghee fry the Cashew nut in low flame and keep aside.

The same pan add water, and cook 5 minutes and add food colour.

Add rava and cooked 5 minutes, add sugar cooked another 5 minutes.

Then remaining ghee add and cooked few minutes and add Cashew nut. Rava kesari ready to serve.
