4potatoes(mashed and buttered)
1 packmackerel fillets
to tasteSalt and pepper
10 slicescucumber
Few leaves of fresh mint
2fresh sliced of fresh bread

Steps

25 minutes

Boil the potatoes for 20minutes on a moderate heat.

Place fresh mackerel on a tray and put under the grill for 5minutes

Cut up 10slices of cucumber

Mash the potatoes with a knob of butter a splash of milk and salt and pepper and mint.

Serve up with 2slices of fresh bread.
