Shakshauka with a twist
Done with my 10 year old daughter
Steps

Put oil in the pan, put onion and garlic in the oil. Stir till golden brown.

Put capsicum and chilli. Put cumin powder and salt. Stir for two minutes.

Put diced tomatoes. Stir. If required put some water. Lid the pan for two minutes.

Put mozarella cheese. Put half cup tomato ketchup. Put the lid. Wait till the water is reduced.

Make small wells and put eggs one by one. Put the lid and wait for five minutes. Put some butter in between eggs.

Serve hot with rice or flat bread or any other type of bread.
