Ingredients

  • 500 gmchandliya
  • 3 spoonoil
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • Salt for taste
  • Amchur powder for taste
  • For roti
  • 2 cupFalahari aata
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take chandliya take half small bucket of water and rains quickly drain the water completely

  2. 2

    Heat a pan. Add oil and cumin seeds.

  3. 3

    When they begin to pop and add chandliya and add all spices. Stir again and again. Covered it.

  4. 4

    Cook for few minutes.

  5. 5

    Take Falahari aata add salt and oil and water. Make a Dow of it.

  6. 6

    Roll out A roti. Bake on Tava. Add ghee on roti.

  7. 7

    Ready for Falahari healthy food.
