Coriander Rice 🍚
Spicy rice rich in vitamin C
Steps

Wash and Soak rice for 30 minutes. Grind mint, coriander leaves and chilli.

Heat a pan with oil. Add all spices. Add onion and sauté.

Add ginger garlic paste and sauté till raw smell goes off. Add tomato and sauté till till becomes mushy
- 4
Now add green paste and sauté
- 5
Add the mixture to cooker and add rice and water and required salt and steam it for 13 minutes without whistle.

Serve hot with onion raita.
