Halfa onion (diced)
3garlic
1and a half can of Cooking cream
Butter and cooking oil
Broccoli or carrot
Chicken breast
Prawns
Parmesan cheese
Seasoning
Paprika
Chili flakes
Salt
Pepper
Italian herbs
1/2 cuppasta water

Chicken breast and prawn

Put in a bit of oil and cook the chicken first. You may marinate it w paprika first

Or put paprika after you cooked it

Cook the prawn and you may add butter. Again, mix it with paprika. Set it aside

Stir fry the garlic and onion

Stir fry until layu. Pour in the cream

Put in the prawn chicken and pasta
