Preheat oven at 180 degrees

Measure the ingredients and blend/Mash the banana

In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt.Put the blended bananas in a bowl and add oil and vanilla essence

Fold in the flour mixture into the banana mixture and combine till well incorporated.Do not overmix.

Pour into a well greased bakin tin and bake for 30- 45 mins.
