First heat all ingredients of filling in a bowl on double boiler and make a paste and then give a rest in fridge for 1 hour

For dough
Add all dry ingredients in flour mix it then add butter and and yolk then mix it properly then knead it with warm milk knead it for approx 15 mins then
Put this dough at warm place and cover it with damn cloth after 2 hour poking the dough make all the air out from dough now put it in fridge for at least 6 hour and or for overnight then after 6 hours dough is ready then roll all the dough and spread chocolate filling and roll it. - 3
When completed rolled then cut from center length wise and give twist the dough and sprinkle some walnuts and put this in Greased pan and give rest for another 30 mins then bake in preheat oven at 220 degree for 35 mins
When this is completely baked - 4
Makee glaze syrup
By adding 4 tbsp sugar in 2 tbsp water and spread it on hot bread
