1/2 cancoconut milk
5strawberries

Slice the strawberries thinly and place them in an ice cube tray.

Pour the coconut milk over the strawberries, then place the tray in the freezer.

After at least 3 hours or overnight, remove the frozen cubes and blend them in a blender to make strawberry coconut milk ice cream.
