Bengali sandesh/mishti with jaggery

In a mixer grind the paneer cubes and the jaggery together.

In a nonstick kadhai or pan dry roast the milk powder for 30 seconds in simmer gas mode.

Add the paneer jaggery mixture in the kadhai and sauté well in simmer gas mode till the mixture is sticky. The mixture should be tight enough to form a ball.

After done, let it cool. Grease your palm with ghee and form your desired shape sandesh either by using sandesh moulds or by forming balls. Keep it aside for some time. Serve.
