Spinach Khichdi with 3 tangy chutney

Steps

Wash dal & rice properly then soaked for 15 min. blanch the spinach and make a fine paste.

Take a pressure cooker add dal rice pour water turmeric & salt and cook it. after 3 whistle turn off the gas.

Now take a handi (mud) put a good amount of ghee it add bay leaves, cumin seed, curry leaves, green chilly, garlic,hing and saute it. now add onion, tomato saute them nicely.

Add spinach paste and also add all dry masala and cook all things well. now open pressure cooker mix this yellow khichdi with spoon.

Add this khichdi to the handi and mix it well. then take a small handi for serving like picture I posted.

Pour a dash of ghee and garnish it with fresh grated coconut and serve it with chutney & butter milk. Here I present with grapes juice also.
