3 servings

6semi ripe banana's
1 tspCinnamon
1/4 tspnutmeg
1 tspmixed spice
1 dashblack pepper
Oil For deep frying

Steps

Prep your ingredients and heat oil in a deep frying pan.

Dredge the banana's in the spices until fully coated.

Fry in heated oil 3mins each side.

Drain in a paper towel. Serve and enjoy warm with Tea or milk or a drink of choice.
