Grate the beetroot as in uploaded picture. In a pan add some oil, roast cashew nuts till it starts to turn brown later add onion, green chillies and saute well. Add giner garlic paste(optional) to the pan. Then add grated beetroot and saute till they are cooked. Take boiled potatoes and mash it well with pan items. Then mix all the masala like cumin powder, chat masala, garam masala and leave it for 2min. Transfer everything in a bowl then mix coriander leaves and boiled peas.

Make a water maida mixture, it should not be very thick or runny. Take breadcrumbs in one plate then start making small patties. Dip the patties in maida mixture and roll it over the breadcrumbs. Keep aside to refrigerate for 20min.

Take one deep small pan(help to observe less oil) add oil. Shallow fry the patties in low to medium till they are brown in colour. Serve the beetroot cutlets hot with tomato ketchup / or green coriander chutney / dip of your choice. And with ginger tea if you like😋😋
