Ingredients

7 - 8 servings
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 5-6large sized boiled potatoes
  • 2 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspmango powder (aamchur powder)
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1-2 tsplemon juice as per taste
  • 1medium sized chopped onion
  • Water as per need
  • leavesChopped coriander
  • 7-8crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/2crushed ginger
  • 2crushed green chillies
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspchat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare a dough by adding water as per need, salt and ghee. Let it rest for atleast 30 mins.

  2. 2

    FOR FILLING : Heat the pan with oil. Sauté the onion for 2 - 3 mins.

  3. 3

    Now add this sauted onion and boiled potatoes in a bowl

  4. 4

    Add crushed green chillies, ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, cumin powder, mango powder, coriander powder and garam masala.

  5. 5

    Add like juice, salt, coriander leave and chat masala. Mix all the ingredients well and mash the potatoes properly.

  6. 6

    Now, roll the dough a bit, add the filling and cover it from all the sides and now completely roll it till it becomes circle. Don't add too much filling.

  7. 7

    Place the paratha on hot tava. Side by side add ghee so that it cooks properly. Once it's done from both the sides garnish it with cheese and coriander leaves.

  8. 8

    Serve warm with your favorite chutney.
