Ingredients

1 kgSelf raising flour
1 tablespooncinnamon powder
100 gmsMargarine
Maziwa mala enough
Cooking oil
50 gmssugar or to your taste

Steps

In a clean bowl put the flour add cinnamon powder and sugar to taste

Mix then rub in the margarine.

Make a whole at the centre and pour mala then knead.

Allow the dough to rest for about 15 min.

Then roll out your dough and cut.

Then deep in hot oil.allow your Mandazi to cool.
