Steps

Rinse and drain 200 gms quinoa. Add 2 glasses of water and set to cook with a lid for 12-15 mins on medium. Add a pinch of cinnamon here.

Crush walnuts and leave blueberries whole.

Once ready, put quinoa in a bowl.

Add honey, cinnamon, blueberries and walnuts and mix well.

Enjoy with a hot black coffee
