In a pan add a tbsp of ghee and tip in some raisins and roast them till few seconds. Once fried take out and keep it aside

Boil water in a vessel and let it boil. Take 1/4 cup water and add turmeric and stir well and keep it aside

In another pan roast rawa till aromat on low flame

Once you finish roasting rawa add the boiling water to it and keep on stirring so dat there is no lumps formed. Add turmeric colour water and mix nicely so that the colour coats evenly

Once it thickens add ghee and mix thoroughly and make sure it doesn't get burnt. When water evaporates and everything comes together add sugar and mix. now the mixture will start loosening. Keep stirring and stirring in low flame cos slow cooking is the key.

Keep stirring till all the moisture is evaporated. Add raisins along with the ghee used for frying and give it a good mix and take off from the flame and serve hot.
