Mix and grind all the above ingredients and make a smooth paste.

If needed, add chilled water in the mixing jar. Note- do not add more water at a time. Check the consistency of chutney by adding a little amount of water at a time.

Tips - 1) Adding salt and lemon at the time of grinding helps to make the paste more smoother.
2) Adding chilled water compared to normal water and lemon, while grinding helps to retain green colour of the chutney.
