Ingredients

  1. 1 teaspoonactiveyeast
  2. 3/4 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 cupwarm milk
  4. 1 1/4 cupsall_purpose flour
  5. 2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  6. 1 cupwater
  7. vegetableoil, for brushing
  8. Clotted Cream(Qeshta),for filling
  9. Coarsely chopped pistachio
  10. Suger Syrup

Cooking Instructions

    In a small bowl or cup,dissolve yeast & sugar in milk & leave for 5minutes,or until foamy. In a large bowl, mix flour &baking powder. Stir in yeast mitxure.Gradually stir in water until combined Cover with a kitchen towel & let in a warm place for 45minutes,or until foamy.

    Heat aheavy_bottomed skillet over medium heat. Brush with vegetable oil. Using a small ladle, spoon 1tables batter onto the skillet for eash pancakes. Cook pancakes on one side only for about 3minutes,or until bubbly & dry on tops &lights golden on the bottoms.Adjust heat as necessary to cook pancakes evenly. Repeat to cook remaining pancakes.

    Place a pancakes,uncooked side up, on a work surface. Fold pancake in half &pinch 2/3 of the outer edge closed, forming acone.

    Fill each cone with agenerous tablespoon of Clotted Cream arrange on a serving plate.Granish with pistachio.

    Serve Atife with sugar syrup to drizzle over the top as desired.
