Ingredients

  • 2oranges deseeded and cubed in to small pieces
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 cupsself rising flour
  • 150 mloil
  • 5eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice the oranges and deseed them

    In a blender add the cubed oranges, sugar, eggs and blend

    Blend untill pale in color

    Pour the mixture in to a bowl

    Add the flour and fold in

    Pour the mixture in to a baking tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40mins.. serve and enjoy
