First of all slice the onions and wash them. Separate the slices. Add salt and pepper, green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves and lemon juice.

Put a charcoal on a high flame and let it burn. Now put the coal in the plate. Add 1/2 tsp butter over the coal and cover. Let the smoke come out of it. Keep it for 5 minutes.

Now uncover the dish, remove the coal and mix everything well. Serve with chicken curry. It tastes best.
