Ingredients

2 servings
  • 3 cupsboiled rice
  • 1/3 cupraisins
  • 3cinnamon stick
  • 5bayleaf
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pot add slice onion bayleaf raisins and stir fry for 3mint

    Add the rice then sprinkle the cinnamon powder and mix well

    Cover and allow to simmer for 10mint on low heat

    Serve with any stew of choice I served mine with potatoes stew
