Cheese & bacon potatoes
Delicious and suitable for brunch or dinner
Steps

Peel, clean and cut the potatoes into desired shape. Boil them with turmeric, black pepper and salt for 5-7 mins

As the potatoes boil, pan fry the bacon slices for 5-10 minutes until you get the texture you want. Remove the bacons from the pan and place them on a paper towel.

Use the oil from the bacon to toss the potatoes using the same pan. Add, crushed garlic, oregano and paprika at this point.. toss for 2-3 minutes.

Then bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30mins or until they are crunchy on the outside.

When the potatoes are ready, sprinkle bacon (now cut into small pieces) shredded cheese and spring onions. Bake for another 2-5 minutes until the cheese melts.
