It's spicy side dish to eat with bhakari.

Wash and cut green chillies.

Add green chillies, garlic in pan and add some oil.

After 5 to 7 minutes switch off the gas.

Add salt as needed.

Cover pan with lid.

After 10 minutes grind the mixture by glass roughly. Or you may grind in mixture also. But hand grided tastes best.

Tasty thecha is ready.
