Ingredients

1 cupsugar
1 cupself raising flour
4 tablespoonsoil
2eggs
3 tablespoonscocoa
1 cupboiling water
1/4 teaspoonsalt

Steps

Cream sugar and eggs well.

Add oil and cocoa and mix.

Add flour and salt and mix.

Add boiling water and mix. Batter will be quite thin, that is right.

Pour in microwave bowl that has been lined with wax paper or cook a spray.

Microwave on full for 7 minutes. Leave in microwave for 10 minute to settle and cool before removing.

Once cool, decorate.
