Steps

Take a bowl add rava, curd, salt, water, mix well.

Allow to rest 20 mins. Again add water as required.

Add Eno & mix well.

Pour the batter immediately onto greased idli plate.
- 5
Steam them on the medium flame for 15 min,or till the idli cook completely.

Finally serve soft sooji idli with sambar or chutney.
