Cut golden potatoes in half twice. Wash and pat dry.

Melt 3 sticks butter in a 13x9 pan. Then, add the potatoes to the pan and season with desired seasonings. I used garlic, onion, Montreal steak seasoning. Cook for 1 hr or till the potatoes are tender.

Once the potatoes are tender add shredded cheese and bacon bits on top of the potatoes and bake 15 minutes or untill the cheese is golden brown

I served with porkchops and greenbeans. Enjoy.
