Take a bowl wash the rice and rest for 30 mins.

Take a pan put a pepper, cumin seeds, fennel seeds,cardamom,dry chillies, cashnew nut,bay leaf, Chinna mon, turmeric powder fry it and grind it well.

Next take a pan put an oil tomato, chopped onion, green chillies,salt, curry masala powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder mix itand cook it well and grind it.

Take a cooker put an oil, fennel seeds,bay leaf,onion chopped,,curd,salt fry it and add the rice,all spices powder and grinded the masala add into the cooker and add the water and close it.give four whistle is enough after that pressure is release it's ready to serve it.
