Make a tight dough by mixing maida, ataa, suji, ajwain, oil with the help of a little quantity of water.

Divide the dough into 5 equal parts.

Take 1 part and roll it flat.

Now cut the flat part into 10 horizontal and 10 vertical slits with the help of knife.

Take oil in kadai and when it gets sufficiently hot, put the slits into it and deep fry them.

Repeat same steps with the other parts of the dough.

Serve with tea.
