Soak the bulgur wheat in water for 15 minutes.

After soaking, add salt, paprika, onion, and dried basil.

Grind the mixture in a food processor once, then add the lean beef and knead well. Grind the mixture a second time.

Knead the mixture thoroughly.

For the filling, sauté the chopped onions in 1 tablespoon of butter until soft, then add the ground beef. When the meat is cooked, add spices and salt, and let the mixture cool.

Once cooled, start shaping the kibbeh.
