Moringa white rice and stew

Add some water in a pot and put on stove and then allow to boil

After boiling.Wash and rinse then pour it the boiling water

Wash and rinse the moringa and Scotch bonnet then add it into the boiling water and rice and boil for 10mins.

After 10mins of boiling wash and rinse the moringa rice and pour it back into the pot.if the rice has boiled very well don't add any water but if it has boiled but not very well then you can add 2 tsp of water and close the pot to Boil for 2mins.

After it has finally cooked well then you start to prepare the stew

Blend the bell pepper, onions, and then pour it in a frying pan and cook for 2mins until the water in it has dried then add the groundnut oil and fry them until it has start sticking to the pan then add a little water and add your parboiled meat and the seasoning then stir and cook for 2mins.

Moringa rice and stew is ready

Garnish with moringa pieces of leaves you can also serve with boiled beans like I did it's optional
