Soack 1cup Dried white peas overnight and add some salt pressure cook for 4-5 whistles after cooked peas are ready, keep them aside

Make the gravy in a deep pot add oil, mustard seeds,fennel seeds, ginger garlic paste finely chopped onion, saute the onion till they are transparent and the raw smell of ginger garlic paste is gone add tomato chopped salt to teast add Red chilli powder. Add coriander powder, add Turmeric powder cook until the tomatoes are mushy,add boiled potatoes and peas add 2 cup of water cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes, then add paper powder and garam masala mix well

Add chopped coriander leaves switch off white peas masala is ready

Les't set up the plate now add Broken Puri or samosa add the peas gravy we just prepared add finely chopped onion add finely chopped tomato add a few spoons curd.top it with sev and garnish with coriander leaves
