Chole with stuffed bhature

Soak chickpeas for 6-7 hours in a bowl. Now boil chickpeas with salt, bay leaf, cinnamon, greencardamom and black cardamom.

For gravy blend tomatoes, green chillies and ginger together.Heat 2 tbsp oil add cumin and hing to it.Now add tomato puree to it. Add all spices to it and cook for 5 mins. Add this gravy to chickpeas and cook for 10 mins.Garnish with coriander and onion rings.

For dough take maida in a bowl.Add salt, curd and eno to it.Make soft dough of it and put for rest for 4-5 hours.

For stuffing take grated paneer.Add salt, red chilli, green coriander to it.Take a ball from dough and roll it.Put some stuffing in the center and roll it gently.Heat oil in a pan and fry it. Delicious street style chole bhature is ready to serve.
