Steps

Add 2 cup water in 1 cup of tamarind.soak for 1 hour.remove seed.save pulp
- 2
Add pulp in a pan.add all spices.cook on medium heat for 4 minutes.

In another pan add jagery in 1 cup of water,cook until jagery dessolved completely..make surup.if use brown sugar skip this step

Add jagery surup OR 4 tabsp brown sugar.

Cook on low heat until thick sauce is formed.let it cool.sauce is ready to serve.
