Cooking Instructions

Peel and cut the Yam into medium sized chunks and rinse thoroughly.

Put the Yams inside a Pot, add Water to it and allow it to cook for 15 to 20mims to make it tender

Add your blended (tomatoes,fresh pepper and onion) crayfish,stock cube,salt and palm oil allow it to cook for 15mis

Add the sliced vegetables and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes and your Yam Porridge with Vegetables is ready.yum yum😋😋😋

Been seeing a lot about Quinoa latley, so went shopping and scoured the shops. Researched the internet & came up with this.. Better than a bowl of cereal. Remember Quinoa doubles + when cooked similar to rice & when rinsing be careful mine went through the sieve. This recipe doesn't state to rinse it, I did but that's up to you.
