Ingredients

  1. 1Medium Yam
  2. I medium onion diced
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Fresh pepper
  5. cubeStock
  6. Crayfish
  7. Scent leaves(any vegetable of your choice)
  8. Palm oil
  9. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and cut the Yam into medium sized chunks and rinse thoroughly.

  2. 2

    Put the Yams inside a Pot, add Water to it and allow it to cook for 15 to 20mims to make it tender

  3. 3

    Add your blended (tomatoes,fresh pepper and onion) crayfish,stock cube,salt and palm oil allow it to cook for 15mis

  4. 4

    Add the sliced vegetables and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes and your Yam Porridge with Vegetables is ready.yum yum😋😋😋
