Steps

Take a vessel, add suji, maida, salt and oil and mix well. Add required water and prepare a soft dough.

Chop all veggies, keep aside. Heat the kadhai, add oil, onion and fry them. Add potato and mix, close the lid for few seconds. Now add tomato and mix.

Add chilli powder, jeera powder, salt and mix well. Add soaked poha, coriander leaves and garam masala and mix well. Finally, add peanut powder and mix. Stuffing mix ready.

Take small portion dough, stuff poha mixture and cover and plate them.

Heat the tawa, place paratha,pour ghee and cook both sides. Serve with curd and pickle...
