Maida suji Papdi for chaat

Take Maida, suji, salt and carom seeds. Then add oil to it for moyan. Mix it well. Add water to it and make semi-soft dough of it. Keep it for rest for 30 minutes

Make balls and roll roti of it. Take Katori or cookie cutter and cut the roti into papdi. Pierce it with a fork so while frying Papdi will not be fluffy.

Add oil to the kadhai. Fry Papdi until it becomes crispy. Keep it out till it cools down completely. Papdi is ready for any chaat. Keep it in an airtight container. It can be stored for 1 mth. Enjoy any chaat with this Papdi.
